Dear Customer,
Welcome to the August Edition of our monthly Sage newsletter. We bring you the latest in Sage and Greytrix front: product releases, new articles and information on how you can increase and leverage your business strengths by taking advantage of Greytrix – one of the most recognized and experienced development partner of Sage Accpac and Sage CRM in this newsletter.
We are seeing a lot of traction from both our clients and prospects to increase their customer retention and customer engagement. All of us know that defending your customer base would give you more dividends later than just focussing on growing by acquisition of new customers.
In this regards, e-marketing has become one of the biggest buzz word for CRM users worldwide. Sage E-Marketing gives you the insights to track customer interaction with your newsletter contents, drip marketing, call lists and surveys to engage your customers more closely. For example, we could gather from the July mailer sent to you who opened our mails the most and what time and whether someone opened it at all or not showing which customers has been engaged with us in what degree with these updates. We could also track which customers did not open or emails bounced so that we can engage with them personally to ask them if there is any issues with our services. Quite a powerful tool you can say for customer centric organization!! I also give you Sage Dashboards in 7.0 an extremely powerful tool for day to day increase in productivity for your staff and yourself. Use it and you will just love it as I am doing at my end.
On ERP front, we have come up with an interesting add-on for document security between different branches. A lot of organizations in India do not want one branch to see another’s branch transactions for security reasons as well as problems with regards to data entry. We have built an add-on which only allows same kind of territory level security based on account sets for Sage Accpac ERP users. Also, to spice up our life, Sage Accpac 6.0 is new and powerful excel based “Business Intelligence”. Get a free demo for it.
